Z. W. Jarosz Architect, P.A. and Jarosz Development, Corporation were founded over 30 years ago by Zbigniew Jarosz, licensed architect and general contractor.
Both companies have built many projects over the years and are known for their quality of design, construction, timely delivery of projects, and compliance with required budgets.
By forming these organizations, Jarosz is able to work on his projects from beginning to end. He evolves and controls the process, arriving to a much satisfying end product.
Based in the heart of Coconut Grove, JA/JDC has a staff of approximately 20 employees comprised of designers, project managers and superintendents.
Known for their work in Architecture & Construction, Z. W. Jarosz Architect, P.A. has won numerous awards throughout the years. We pride ourselves in knowledge and understanding of various architectural styles ranging from classical to modern.
Our design philosophy emphasizes the everlasting canons of architecture expressed regardless of any given style. We consciously implement a crossover between various styles, always being aware of present day sensibilities without forgoing the basic essence of the architectural order.
Through a sense of proportion, purpose and historical precedence, we apply a sense of space and organization to the architecture we create.

Being architects and contractors, we follow a tradition of Master Builders. Elements such as craftmanship and attention to detail are articulated through integrating a process of both designing and building.
